Tracy, qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte (JHB, SA) and later joined their Global, SA & UK Learning Teams. In Deloitte Learning she worked on Trainee competency training, IFRS e-learning development & global implementation of IFRS learning initiatives. On her return from the UK she continued her work with SAICA trainees in small & medium-sized firms & is currently, still, involved in Audit & Ethics Training for trainees. She also obtained a Meta-Coaching qualification (ACMC),
She has worked in learning & development for over 15 years, Nationally & Internationally developing & delivering workshops to delegates from various sectors including Government, Private Sector, Business Schools & NPOs. Her passion is to share simplified key concepts with people to make them more fulfilled and effective in the workplace.
