| Information | Our working environment has modern challenges such as communicating across 4 generations virtual working cross cultural interactions and the like. This course explores the classic communication skills (such as active listening tone empathy) and how we use them to meet these current communication challenges. We include a detailed section on successful communication when working remotely as one of our most topical communication concerns of 2021.
